"Crescere Usque Ruptis" This was the motto of Forgetown Sakura Academy that sat in golden letters above the gates. A joint school between Forgetown and Little Tokyo, it was the finest school in the southeast district. The teacher's lounge was on the second floor, with large bay windows from which the faculty of the college could look at the students as they entered. Three very round women, dressed in conservative dresses or pantsuits, gathered at the window, armed with donuts and coffee, enjoying their morning break to take a look at the new years students. It was, of course, the first day of class. Mrs. Sanders, a Mathematics Teacher, was the first to spot the arrivals. The boys came first, as they normally did. Some of the boys had already seemed to get a good handle on their powers, as a giant beetle with buzzing wings flew down to the school gate, morphing back into a young man, and walking up to the courtyard. Fatman puffed and wheezed as he ran down the sidewalk. His gut jiggled with every thunderous step but he was a born optimist, so he was grateful for the work out. "~gasp~ STOP THIEF! ~huff~ STOP IN THE NAME OF THE ~gah~ LAW!!" Fatman bellowed in vain as he chased down the crook. As much as the out of shape man was Forgetown's beloved superhero, Fatman wasn't a moron. He knew he was a glorified litterpicker and crossing guard. He was a community staple. He wasn't so moronic as to actually fight crime. But that's just it. He was a community staple, and this kid, whom declared himself Fatman's Greatest Foe, was just that. A teenager with a flair for theatrics and wanted to play Cops and Robbers. Fatman knew the feeling, and in many ways, could respect the desire. But A) this kid was getting to be a nuisance. And B) Fatman was in his forties. It felt wrong on a conceptual level for a middle aged man to have a teenager as an arch nemesis. But here he was, pounding the pavement to
